Okay on 13 I had a $2000 transaction from my account but I didn't do it, my account isn't logged in on any other device nobody knows my password to my phone or to the account, now the only thing I got is the widthrawl address to where the money got sent and the transaction id that I got through the email from when the transaction happened. After taking through the chat support that told we can't do anything, but the transaction happened through your phone, well I didn't do it.
