Ethereum new users spike 81% QoQ to an all-time high

The Ethereum (ETH) network recorded a sharp uptick in new users during the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, reaching a new all-time high (ATH). The Ethereum chain gained approximately 284,100 new users over the first three months of 2026, according to data from Artemis analyzed by Finbold on April 15. As such, the blockchain registered an 81.5% upswing in news users from the fourth quarter of 2025
