Ethereum Foundation Issues Caution Ahead of Glamsterdam, Saying Some Tools Might Stop Working

The Ethereum Foundation warned that some wallets, indexers and gas estimators could stop working correctly as a result of the changes to the gas model included in the upcoming Glamsterdam upgrade. The Ethereum Foundation's Protocol DevOps team communicated that any tool that relies on a fixed maximum gas limit “will break” and will need to be updated before the fork reaches mainnet.
